Bloomington’s Indiana University

While speaking about the Indiana Universities, one can do nothing but mention the city of Bloomington. It is a city situated in south central Indiana.

One can not pay no attention to the city of Bloomington, because it is a native home of flagship campus of Indiana Universities. It was established in 1820 and it is attended by 40,000 of students. In addition, Bloomington is said to be the unique and largest campus of all the Indiana Universities. It is also a place of birth of Indiana University School of Law - Bloomington, Kelley School of Business, Jacobs School of Music, he Midwest Proton Radiotherapy Institute, and Kinsey Institute.

Bloomington’s Indiana University is considered to be one of the most beautiful places. The majority of Campuses is build of the Indiana milestone. This place is so beautiful that even a book which goes under the title “The campus as a work of Art” written by Thomas Gaines is devoted to it.

Speaking abut Indiana University in Bloomington, one should stress that it presents 110 academic programs famous all over the world. Besides, it accounts for 29 graduate programs and 4 colleges. In 2001, Indiana University was given a tile of the “College of the Year”.
